Workshops focus on mindfulness, introspective writing and visualization techniques.
Following a brief introduction, we cover a specific topic then share in 30-minute breakout sessions. We finish with a whole group discussion and a takeaway message. Important! You don't have to be a writer to practice mindfulness during the workshop.
