I have meditated for over forty-five years. This is what I've learned. For me, personal fulfillment is found with journaling as a spiritual practice. It can lead to higher mastery. It is one of the most significant disciplines in my ongoing personal development. Also, I believe, well-being is a skill that can be learned using personal writing and daily mindfulness activities.​

How do you bring mindfulness to personal writing?

It takes a while to find likeminded, kindhearted people you feel comfortable with. Kindness toward each other in a Zoom meeting is the recognition that we all struggle. It's a part of the human experience. In our Zoom workshops, we share in breakout sessions what matters most to our emotional well-being or what is important in finding a fulfilling life. We enjoy an hour or two of learning and growing together.
