Full Course Description

Within every woman there lives a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing. She is the Wild Woman, who represents the instinctual nature of women. A new generation of women are reading Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype. The book shows us how societal norms and expectations can stifle women and helps us reconnect with the fierce, healthy, visionary attributes of this instinctual nature.

What to bring:

🌟A 3-ring binder with twelve dividers is recommended, but not required.

Kim Morgan wants you to know every woman has the inherent right to know where the fountainhead of her power lies. We use archetypes to help us make sense of our inner world and daily life. Through archetypes we are able to understand more about who we are and what drives us. You'll come away from class with an essential daily practice and a personal project to decrease stress and improve your well-being.

Participation with discussion, storytelling, and journaling

It takes a while to find likeminded, kindhearted people you feel comfortable with. In our workshops, we share in small group sessions what matters most to our emotional well-being or what could be important in living a fulfilled life. We enjoy an hour or two of learning and growing together.

You don't have to be a writer or meditate to practice mindfulness. Just show up with curiosity and an open heart. This is not a meditation group or writing class. This is a group for those who want to learn how to fulfill their creative potential.
