Hey, there. I'm Kim. I know how stressful it is to cope with the overwhelm that unexpected change can bring. The course is intended for you to learn life skills that lead to personal growth and success. My mission is to teach you simple skills to make big change. I hold two master's degrees from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington with a background in curriculum design. I use evidence-based research for the mind-body educational support I offer. I am a trained reflective teacher, not a therapist.

But my most valuable credential without question is forty years of self-compassion work, hard-fought for wisdom and a mature practice of the root traditions that benefit my spiritual and personal development.
