The Power of Shared Storytelling
Kim Morgan wants you to know every woman has the inherent right to know where the fountainhead of her power lies. We use archetypes to help us make sense of our inner world and daily life. Through archetypes we are able to understand more about who we are and what drives us. You'll come away from class with an essential daily practice and a personal project to decrease stress and improve your well-being.
About What You Can Expect
You’re invited to these private sessions to explore:
• Your archetypal threads and patterns. • Inner landscapes and sacred places. • Aspects of yourself and the day-to-day challenges you face. • Your inner strengths and deep convictions. • The power to restore and re-story meaning and purpose in your life. • New perspectives of yourself and your creative potential.
Benefits and Outcomes
- Boost your mood, increase your enthusiasm! - Hon in on spontaneous insight, inspiration, joy. - Tap into the Active Imagination (a Jungian approach to the creative process). - Develop an essential daily practice to deescalate stress.
Participation with mindful writing meditation during the workshop
You don't have to be a writer or meditate to practice mindfulness. Just show up with curiosity and an open heart. This is not a meditation group or writing class. This is a group for those who want to use the mindful writing meditation to fulfill their creative potential.
It takes a while to find likeminded, kindhearted people you feel comfortable with. In our workshops, we share in small group sessions what matters most to our emotional well-being or what could be important in living a fulfilled life. We enjoy an hour or two of learning and growing together.
